During the prototype development phase, after the PCBA fabrication is completed, a series of software and hardware tests will be conducted in a specialized laboratory, including: critical signal quality testing, high- and low-temperature testing, and software stress testing (performance testing).

Mass production
LeaKin Technology operates its own manufacturing facility for PCB fabrication and SMT soldering. All processed products undergo a rigorous burn-in aging process and comprehensive functional testing within the factory. Every stage of the production process is handled exclusively by LeaKin Technology’s in-house workshop personnel. The company strictly adheres to the ISO9001 quality management system, meticulously controlling operational procedures and standardizing production practices, thereby ensuring a 100% pass rate for all products leaving the factory and truly demonstrating its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
